Perfect by the spoonful for a flavour-packed health boost. Try it in warm water with lemon, drizzled over pancakes or granola, or paired with hard cheeses. Its distinct toffee flavour also makes it an excellent ingredient for marinades, dressings, or baking.

Collected from the Eucalyptus Accedens (Powderbark) tree, this honey is produced in the undisturbed forests of Western Australia, where the pale-barked trees bloom with creamy-white flowers. The result is a dark, rich honey with a smooth texture and distinctive toffee notes, raw and certified organic for maximum purity and flavour. It is cold-extracted and unfiltered to retain maximum nutritional value and flavour.

About Us

From Hive to
Home, Since 1958

Bee Happy began with a love for bees, nature, and good honest honey. Our story traces back to 1958, when Colin Fleay and his grandfather first began keeping bees together — a family tradition that’s continued for generations.

Officially founded in 1993 by third-generation apiarist Colin and Ruth Hamlyn, Bee Happy now manages over 400 hives that travel the state following the WA wildflower trail.

Our approach is simple: care for the bees, respect the land, and craft organic honey that’s as close to nature as possible. With minimal processing, organic certification, and a whole lot of passion behind every batch, Bee Happy honey is a little jar of joy — made by our family, shared with yours.
