The Fine Print (and Sweet Returns)

Welcome to Bee Happy. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Your continued use of our website and services indicates acceptance of any changes.


2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed once full payment has been received.

  • We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

  • If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative product, backorder, or refund.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Australia and world-wide using trusted delivery partners.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on your location.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


4. Damaged or Faulty Items (Returns & Refunds)

We always do our best to carefully pack our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, occasionally items may be damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item(s), the packaging, and any visible damage from delivery.

  2. Email the photos to beehappyorders@bigpond.com with your order number and details.

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will:

  • Send a replacement product with postage paid; or

  • Issue a refund for the damaged item.

Please note: We may request that damaged items be returned for inspection before processing your claim.


5. Returns for Change of Mind

As our products are food items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind due to health and safety regulations. Please choose carefully when ordering.


6. Product Information & Allergies

  • Product descriptions, images, and information are provided in good faith.

  • As our honey is a natural product, slight variations in colour and flavour may occur.

  • If you have allergies, please check product ingredients before purchase.


7. Liability

Bee Happy will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our products beyond the value of the original purchase.
