Our Certified Organic Jarrah Honey T/A35+ is sourced from the pristine native forests of Western Australia’s southwest, where the rare Jarrah tree (Eucalyptus marginata) blooms only every two years. Known for its high total activity (T/A) rating of 35+, this honey boasts powerful antimicrobial properties, a rich amber hue, and deep, malty flavour. It’s cold-extracted and unpasteurised to retain all of its natural enzymes and health benefits.
*Total Activity (T/A) measures honey’s antimicrobial strength — anything above 10 is considered medicinal. Our Jarrah Honey is rated T/A 35+.

Officially founded in 1993 by third-generation apiarist Colin and Ruth Hamlyn, Bee Happy now manages over 400 hives that travel the state following the WA wildflower trail.
