Harvested from the Marri tree (Eucalyptus Camaldulensis) near Toodyay, Western Australia, this summer-flowering honey is medium amber in colour and packed with natural potency. With a Total Activity rating of 30+, it offers high antimicrobial benefits, and as with all Bee Happy honeys, it is cold-extracted, unpasteurised, and certified organic — preserving its raw nutritional power.
