The West Australian Bush Honey comes from a blend of diverse eucalyptus and wildflowers found throughout the expansive WA bushlands, offering a bold and complex flavour profile that reflects the rugged landscape. Bee Happy began with a love for bees, nature, and good honest honey. Our story traces back to 1958, when Colin Fleay and his grandfather first began keeping bees together — a family tradition that’s continued for generations.
Officially founded in 1993 by third-generation apiarist Colin and Ruth Hamlyn, Bee Happy now manages over 400 hives that travel the state following the WA wildflower trail.
