Created as the bees transition between Yarri (Forest Blackbutt) and Marri blossoms, this unique honey is naturally combined within the hive, without any artificial blending. Unlike commercially blended honeys, Yarri & Marri is never mixed by hand. This naturally occurring combination is carefully harvested, cold-extracted and left unpasteurised to preserve its authentic character.
