INFORMATION REGARDING RECEIVAL OF DAMAGED FREIGHT OR ITEMS
We always do our best to safely pack all our products for every order however sometimes they break or sustain damage on their journey through the Australian delivery system. If this is the case, please take a photo of the damaged item, items, packaging and email it through to beehappyorders@bigpond.com and we will mail out a replacement product as soon as possible, postage paid, or we can organise a refund for the broken product.
